1.Introduction

1.1. These terms and conditions (the "Terms") apply to all competitions run by Toytastik Limited ("we", "us", "our"). 

1.2. By entering a competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2.Competition Withdrawal & Amendments

2.1. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the competition at any time for reasons beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to the unavailability of the prize. 

2.2. We will use reasonable endeavors to notify you of any changes to the competition via the competition website or social media pages. It is your responsibility to check for updates.

3.Eligibility

3.1. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. 

3.2. Entries are limited to one per person. 

3.3. Employees of Toytastik Limited and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. 

3.4. Entries by third parties, groups, or organized entries are not permitted. We reserve the right to disqualify entries that breach these terms.

4. Entry

4.1. No purchase is necessary to enter. 

4.2. Entries are accepted through our website or designated social media pages only. 

4.3. To enter, follow the specific instructions provided for each competition, which may include providing some personal details. 

4.4. We will process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy ([link to your Privacy Policy]), which you should review before entering.

5.Winner Selection and Notification

5.1. Winners will be selected in accordance with the published criteria for each competition. 

5.2. Winners' names (or usernames) may be disclosed on our website and/or social media pages, unless stated otherwise in the competition details. 

5.3. If a winner does not respond to our initial contact attempt within 7 days, we reserve the right to redraw the prize. 

5.4. The selection process will be either at our sole discretion or by a random draw, as specified for each competition. 

5.5. We will contact the winner via our official social media channels or as specified in the competition details. 

5.6. We will not enter into discussions regarding the winning entry selection. 

5.7. We will inform the winner within a reasonable timeframe

6.Prizes

6.1. We are not responsible for prizes lost, stolen, damaged, tampered with, or unavailable for any reason. 

6.2. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability.

7.Winner Reviews

7.1. By winning a competition, you may be invited to submit a review of the prize. 

7.2. You grant us permission to publish your review (including any associated images) for marketing purposes, such as on our website and social media platforms. 

7.3. You are responsible for ensuring any uploaded images (videos or photographs) do not infringe on anyone else's copyright or trademarks. 

7.4. Your review must not contain offensive, sexually explicit, defamatory, vulgar, or unsuitable material. It should be a fair comment based on your experience with the product. 

7.5. You must ensure any person identifiable in the review has consented to their inclusion or that you have the authority to do so on their behalf. 

7.6. We reserve the right to edit your review before publication to ensure compliance with these Terms.

8.Liability

8.1. We exclude all liability for any loss, damage, or injury (except for personal injury or death caused by our negligence) arising from your participation in this competition. 

8.2. It is your responsibility to ensure the prize is suitable for your use and any potential child users before entering.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

9.1. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising from these Terms. 

9.2. The parties agree to attempt mediation (costs shared) before resorting to litigation. 

9.3. These Terms are governed by English and Welsh law.
