Toytastik Refund Policy

We at Toytastik are committed to providing you with a positive shopping experience. This policy outlines your rights regarding refunds for both in-store and online purchases made through our website www.toytastik.co.uk.

Faulty or Misdescribed Goods:

You have the legal right to a full refund if the goods you purchased are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose. This applies within a reasonable period, typically 30 days from the date of purchase.
After 30 days, you may still be entitled to a repair, replacement, or partial refund depending on the circumstances.

Change of Mind (Online & Distance Selling Only):

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (Distance Selling) 2000, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel your online or phone order after receiving the goods, without needing a reason.
You must inform Toytastik of your intent to cancel within the 14 days. We recommend doing this in writing via email (jon@toytastik.co.uk) or by phone (01291 627200).
You then have a further 14 days to return the unwanted items.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless Toytastik delivered them damaged or incorrect.

General Conditions:

All returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in a resaleable condition, unless faulty or not as described.
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

In-Store Purchases:

While we are not legally obligated to offer refunds for unwanted items purchased in-store, we may offer a store credit or exchange at our discretion.
