Here are the basic steps on how to play Hoot Owl Hoot:
- Set up the game board and place the owl movers on the start space.
- Shuffle the colour cards and place them face down next to the game board.
- The youngest player takes the first turn.
On your turn, you can do one of the following:
- Play a colour card to move an owl to the next open space of that colour. Only one owl on a space at a time.
- If you have a Sun card, you must play it. Discard the card and move the Sun one space forward.
Help all the owls get home before the Sun rises and everyone wins!
